RETURNS

To start the return process, click the button below „Report a return online”. You will be redirected to a form where you must enter your email address, postal code and order number.
Then select the products you want to return and provide the reason for the return.
Once you have correctly reported, you will receive a confirmation email.

Each shipment comes with a return form – fill it out and attach it to your package.
If you don’t have a physical form, you also received it by email in your return confirmation.
Make sure all data is completed correctly.

Pack the returned products with the completed form.
The return should be sent back at your own expense to the following address:

Remember to properly secure the package during transport.

Once we receive and inspect your parcel, we will process your refund.
The funds will be refunded within a few business days to your chosen payment method.
